Mistral has exhibited monster heritage by developed transparent skin like its progenitor, Akuma.

Added transparent skin, and changed the ears to be feathery and added sparkles and dapples to make the transparent skin look frosty.

+3 love for Mistral. Almost done, just need to add the companion I think...

OH, WOW, that is now my absolute favorite usage of the transparent skin upgrade. Mistral is such a cutie!
